Tom Holland's New Book


Tom Holland's new book "Beat the Gym" is out in time to shape you up for beach weather. What a great book. It basically shares all the tips personal trainers use with their clients. Tips for using machines better, preventing injury and succeeding with your fitness goals. Tom is a wonderful motivator. He'll be doing an event for us in the near future so watch your emails.
